The Indian Council for U. N. Rrlations and Cinedarbaar organized ‘Delhi Literature Festival – 2013’ on February 9-10, 2013 at Indira Gandhi National Centre of Arts, Janpath, New Delhi. The Hon’ble Chief Minister, Smt. Sheila Dixit felicitated the authors on February 9, 2013.
