Objectives

The objects of the Trust are:

1. To facilitate the promotion of the people’s movement for United Nations and to achieve its goals and objectives.
2. To work for world peace, sustainable economic development, protection and preservation of environment, awareness and protection of Human rights and social order.
3. To work for implementation of UN charter.
4. To promote, coordinate, and cooperate the activities of various UN Agencies – WHO, UNIC, UNIDO, UNESCO, and others.
5. To work with, promote and develop association with like-minded NGOs globally.
6. To promote, publish periodicals and create awareness through media network/ programs.
7. To organize seminars, meetings, conferences for observance of UN days and for celebrations of National and International events.
8. To facilitate honor and award the persons devoted to the services of the humanities and UN.

46. To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by awareness program, adults’ education classes, Lecturers, Essay Competitions, Exhibitions, Symposium, Cultural program, press conferences and seminars

To carry on community development programs/activities and also construct and develop the community halls, clubs, old age home, charitable dispensaries, orphanages, hospitals, libraries, reading rooms, give the food to poor and needy persons, playgrounds, yoga training center, Drama Stage and other training and research Institute for the attainment of aims and objects of the Trust.
48. To make adequate arrangements and start/run the rehabilitation centers for destitute, widows, old men and women, poor, handicapped and for mentally retarded persons for their social upliftment.
49. To open the institutes and hostels for the handicapped, deaf, dumb and blind, and old persons etc.
50. To make-up effective, reasonable and lawful step for the solution of the problems relating to the blind, handicapped, mentally retarded, deaf dumb and other disabled, by providing them all required facilities.
51. To start various programs against child labour and take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps in this connection for the welfare of children.
52. To provide free legal, medical and socio-economic help/assistance to the poor and needy persons.
53. To conduct training and research programs for control of the pollution, polluted diseases and to maintain/secure the herbs, forests, Environment, species of animals, birds, wildlife etc.
54. To help people in the pre-retirement stage to prepare for life after retirement.
55. To create a forum for Senior citizens where they can exchange their various views and experiences, which may be, make available to younger generation.
56. To provide information and education/useful knowledge and the medical advice, to general public regarding the vices of the Trust (Like smack, Cigarette/Biri smoking, Alcohol AIDS) through holding awareness camps for De-Addiction and also start/organize the lectures by export team of Doctor, Journalize and another learned person.
57. To open a center for diagnostic curative and research of Cancer, Aids, and other deadly diseases.
58. To arrange, establish and run primary, middle and/or higher secondary school and/or vocational school institutions and to provide the general education to the students of all sections and also to bring the education of best standard within the reach of poor and backwards areas, especially in the different rural areas of the country/Delhi.
59. To establish and maintain institutions for the handicapped, blind, poor, SC & STs, Backward classes and other needy persons like vocational training in vocations of household industries, semiskilled jobs for self-employment, and to provide food clothing medical aid, transportation libraries, laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, playgrounds, and other required facilities to the boys/girls and to the members of the Trust.
60. To establish and manage various kinds of educational, cultural, social and welfare, vocational training centers in the field of industrial Scientific, medical, technical, agricultural research training institutes to introduce and develop professional courses.
61. To establish and run orphanage centers crèches for the children and hostels for working women.
62. To provide and help/assistance to the physically handicapped people/children in respect of artificial limbs and to give them vocational training on different technical/ nontechnical/professional/industrial and on the other subjects/fields which will make them independent.
63. To prepare the awareness generation kits, posters, banners, Audio – video Cassettes, puppet shows, skits, documentaries etc regarding various social issues and for the attainment of the aims and objects of the above Trust.
64. To publish Books, Charts, illustrations, Journals, Magazines, periodicals, Newsletters/papers and other publications on the different subjects and in different languages for the promotion of above Aims and objects of the above Trust.
65. To approach the concerned authority/authorities seeking the solution of the problems of the members of the Trust.
66. To assist and co-operate with the other Associations, Societies, Trusts in their work/activities whose aims are same as this Trust.
67. To arrange and manage the training institutions in typing, short-hand, Computer, Fine Arts, craft, Music, painting, modeling, Dancing Yoga, Physical Education and in other professional training subjects.
68. To approach the farmers and provide them the latest technology and the research information in the fields of agriculture for the betterment of farmers /agriculturists.
69. To make best efforts and organize various kinds of programs and activities relating to family planning and to diffuse the useful knowledge about the medicines, equipment3, methods used for family planning and also provide the family counseling facilities.
70. To give, provide and/or render monetary and/or other help and assistance for the relief of persons and animals affected by natural and other calamities such as food, fire, famine, cyclone, earthquake, storm, accident, pestilence, drought, epidemic, unbearable cost of living and the like, to give donations, subscriptions or contributions to institutions, establishments, centers or persons doing relief work on such occasion.
71. To make arrangement for mobile emergency VAN/AMBULANCE for the victims of road accidents to provide help to pregnant ladies to shift them to nearby hospital and also to provide assistance to the old people for the emergency.
72. To bring under productive use of the waste land through a massive program of forestation and tree plantation.
73. To arrange welfare and research programs for the Indian public and also provide necessary help/assistance.
74. To open, establish, promote, set-up, run and maintain and set up of eye-donation camps, eye banks, dispensaries, hospitals and other forms of organization to promote eye donation.
75. To establish, support, and grant aid and other financial assistance to medical Institution, Hospitals, Research laboratories and other research center or other scientific research institutes for development of the knowledge of human being in subject.
76. To promote, advance and encourage and or in helping the common man the abuse of drugs and formulate the schemes for amelioration the drug addicts from the deadly mean of drugs.
77. Grand of the medical help to the poor, and grant of medical help to persons effected during famine, floor, earthquake or any calamity or war of warlike operations.
78. To start and maintain infant children’s homes, welfare centers and maternity home for general welfare.
79. To provide seeds/fertilizers to the farmer/agriculturists for growing the good grins/flower etc. and provide the same on competitive rates to the members.
80. To encourage games, sports, yoga, gymnastics, judo, hockey, football crickets and other games for the improvement of health of youth and children on the whole by providing playgrounds, sports clubs, yoga training centers and also organize the tournaments, yoga & sport competitions on block & district level.
81. Trust will invest its money and funds according to section 11 (5) of the Income tax Act of 1961.
82. To carry out all program for the relief, rehabilitation welfare and development of the women in destitute, old-aged, handicapped, street children and child labor, widow, orphan, beggar, sex-worker, schedule caste, caste tribes, backward and other under privileged people.
83. To undertake and run the integrated programmers on street children rehabilitation, juvenile justice, adoption resource, agency, social defense, civil defense, old age home/multi service centre, center of legal awareness, aids and rights, treatment and rehabilitation of addicts, persons with disabilities, coaching and allied assistance, constructions of hostel building and other infrastructure for complete rehabilitation centers, vocational training centers, women empowerment, animal welfare, stop prostitution, eradication of poverty.
84. To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt./Non-Government organizations, international bodies, bank, company and any other legal entity or individual for attainment of the objectives of the organization and to fulfill the needs of the people.
85. To accept donations, grant presents, gifts and other offerings in the shape of moveable or immovable properties and the same shall be utilized for the promotion of Aims and objects of the above Trust.
86. To make survey for collection of data for the attainment of any objects of the trust.
87. To collect notices, notifications, policies information from the Govt., Semi-Govt., NGO and other National/International agencies and provide the same to the members of the Trust and the general public.
88. The aims and objects of the Trust shall be purely for ‘charitable purpose’ which includes relief of the poor, educational, social, medical relief and the advancement of any other object of general public utility.
89. To erect, construct, alter, maintain, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the building of the attainment of the aims and object of the Trust.
90. To purchase/acquire the land and/or building in the name of the Trust for the upliftment and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the Trust.
